I have used PPG to buy a house and find apartment rentals and I can say without a doubt that every person working here is on your team in the most beautiful, whole-hearted way. Unavoidable things went wrong with the seller of the first house I put an offer on, and Denise and the team handled it with grace, confidence and positivity that kept me both informed and motivated at all times. And when finding an apartment, Denise hit the ground running, knowing I was motivated and ready to move and was unstoppable in her search and help. I know them all personally now and sincerely wish you all to know how many hours a day they are thinking about YOU and your ultimate wellbeing. You’re walking into community and love here.

If you’re looking to purchase a home my husband and I strongly recommend Justin Bohon over at Pollock Properties Group. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He took the time necessary to educate us and make us feel comfortable in our purchase. He also had a great team over at Pollock backing him up. From start to finish the whole process of purchasing was pretty effortless compared to stories we’ve heard from friends who have also purchased a home.Thank you so much!

They expertly guided us in the sale of our home, from how to stage to earn the best value, to choosing the right timing and listing price, to negotiating with the buyers on inspection points. Working with Sheri Greenman, and the Pollock Properties Group, has been a pleasure. In the past decade, we bought AND sold our house with their help, guidance, and expertise - and we found the experience with them to be invaluable. Buying or selling a home is stressful enough, so having the holistic support of a team every step of the way was truly a lifeline. This team is the best around - I highly recommend them for buying or selling a home!

The Pollack team is the best! They hold your hand through every step of the process and individualize every sale and purchase to the family’s needs, From the staging tips, to the home owner personalized letter to helping you find your dream home! Sheri Greenman takes on all her clients like her own and guides them with their best interests in mind! She becomes part of your family and while I’m her biological child she has “adopted” so many other families as well! 100% recommend
