Greg made the complicated process of buying a house so incredibly simple for me as the customer that I don't know how to emphasize it enough. Life goes on while you're buying a house and I didn't have time and energy to deal with addendums, negotiations, scheduling inspections, etc. Greg had the right people for every step of the way and took care of every last detail that I did not even think to worry about, before I even had to worry. I trusted him completely and it was well worth it. Thank you Greg!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Greg Kincaid (Localguy) when selling my sister's house. Greg gave us great advise on how to get the house ready to sell, worked with our timetable and Marketed the property so that we received over the asking price. Greg made sure that we felt comfortable with the entire process. I highly recommend Greg Kincaid as the realtor to go to when selling your house!

I contacted Greg to sell my mother's property. From our initial meeting through settlement the process was very smooth. Greg regularly provided timely communication and updates and all of our questions were expertly answered during the entire process. His experience shows! Greg is one of the best real estate agents I have had the pleasure of working with and I highly recommended him.

I bought and recently sold with Greg. He is everything you would want in a realtor. Greg is very professional and customer service focused. Communication between him and I was outstanding and he went above and beyond to make sure the closings happened on time. I would not hesitate to use Greg again and will definitely recommend to friends looking to either buy or sell.
