It is the second time that I have used Garcia realtors, the first time in 2014 and again in 2023, Albin and his tremendous knowledge made it possible for the purchase of what I now call my property/home, there are not enough words to show my gratitude, if you are looking to buy or sell Garcia Realtors is definitely the one you should contact.

Garcia Realtors is by far the best Realtor Company in NJ, they honest and reliable, all of our real estate transactions are done through their company.

Becareful with these people. My cousin bought a house. They will pass a CO and then it fails once buyer buys property.
They will pass roofs etc for a quick sale. Careful people! If this happened to me, they would get a big law suit!!
EDIT: I will ask my cousin to get the PASSED paperwork issued by garcia realtors. After you guys passed it, and he bought the house, leaks started everywhere. Turns out he had to pay over 13k to get whole roof fixed and many contractor were aware of thst roof was badly damaged. My cousin would've never bought the house had the CO would have said that was a bad roof instead of just pasing it for the sale of the house. Like I said , I will get paperwork and post it. And in fact if my cousin is wrong, I will delete and remove the whole entire thing.response / report this review -

I called them about a store that I want that the rent nobody even gets back to me I guess they don't need the money over there this is a horrible realtors office we have a couple of stores in Trenton New Jersey and didn't even call us back to get the listings shame on you Garcia Realtors

Me and my husband want to thank García Reactors and Stephanie Mendez for helping us by our home. For me, this was my first home purchase and I had many questions. Stephanie was with us step by step throughout the process. She was patient, honest, charismatic, always available even after the closing! diligent and very attentive to our case. I give her 💯 and highly recommend her. Thank you very much for your hard work 😓 and dedication! ☺️
