Tough day after being stuck on Allegheny River Blvd at 730am, but these guys were able to get me in, without an appointment, and complete the work that needed done to get me going again. Because I was in a pinch to get my Honda back ASAP, just like everyone else, I was able to purchase the (alternator) parts on my own prior to arriving for them to install. Steve, the owner, suggested that by doing do, I'd save some cash! Being curious I called a Honda dealer who quoted me $600 to replace an alternator! Because I bought and brought in my parts my cost was $128!!!
These guys are honest, fast, and efficient. Definitely, will be coming back!

Honesty is a hard thing to find when dealing with automotive repair shops.
Luckily I take my cars to Plum Auto, and have no worries about being billed unnecessarily. Steve and the guys let me know what can, and can't wait !

Great first visit for state inspection. Took my Forester to Plum Automotive for a state inspection. Steve the owner was able to drive me home in my own car which gave him the opportunity to hear any odd noises coming from the car. They were finished by lunch time and came to pick me up. Best of all they were honest and did not try to sell me any unnecessary fixes. The inspection total was much lower than I have paid elsewhere. I already recommended them to my neighbor and will be taking my wife’s Impreza there also.
