Progressive messed up badly when my vehicle was stolen last year and their first attempt to return the interior failed miserably. THEN we had it taken here. The vehicle looks brand new inside! I'd highly recommend this place. The staff were friendly and they have a great eye for the details. Progressive should be using them more often! The only thing that upset me is that the windows weren't done.

I had water leaking in my car every time it rained due to poor seals and drainage for the last year. I tried to fix it myself having some experience in waterproofing, but I wasn't even close to stopping the leak. A couple mechanics around town wouldn't even attempt to fix it but one recommended I bring it to Michael's. I am very glad I did. They sanitized, cleaned, and dried the floor where it had been leaking but most importantly they fixed the water leak which ended up being an extensive process, all for a fair price. We just had a ton of rain here the last few days and the inside of my car is bone dry so I am very happy. Michael told me they are the best at fixing water leaks in the Pittsburgh area and I believe him. They also 100% guaranteed the work so you really can't go wrong here. These guys are very professional, and I wouldn't think twice about using their services again.
