I love this place. The staff are knowledgeable and patient and friendly. They take time with each customer. I recommend this place for new and experienced truck owners.

Customer service is not the greatest.. called about a truck cover and wanted to make sure it fit my truck.. was told to just go look on or alll the manufacture.. was going to order it and buy it from them.. But if I have to do that then I will buy myself.

I'm ridiculously difficult to please when it comes to anyone touching my vehicle. Yes, I have indeed been asked by amateur shops not to come back because I simply will NOT sacrifice quality. All of us are working hard to pay for these vehicles so why would we - why SHOULD we - settle?
All that said, my goodness am I a satisfied customer of Pro Trucks & Cars!
First, they actually respond to emails from brand new customers in a timely manner, with accurate information that they stand behind. Then, one must call to finalize plans and make an appointment. Luke handled my initial phonecall like a boss. Three other local shops offered me the bare light bulb Spanish inquisition, whereas Luke was like, "Ummm, yeah we can do that work for you. It's really easy."
Then came my confirmed appointment day. I was checked-in the shop by Mary Lou (3.7 million cool points for her SuperDuty - I talked to her about it for a bit). I said, "I'm here for an appointment I have scheduled" when Mary Lou interjected and said, "Yeah, your Silverado is looking good. I saw you pull in. You must be Eric." All correct; keep in mind, this was my very first interaction with them and I was not referred by an existing customer.
I was already blown away but the personalized, respectful, detail-oriented customer service. However, as we all know, that's only worth about 20% of the overall custom truck shop approval equation.
I had some time to hang out before my ride arrived (I was getting enough work done that my Silverado was theirs for the entire day). They brought my truck in to one of the bays, first thing, precisely as they promised. My truck was there, I heard some tools going, so I thought I'd venture out into the bay. Being respectful and knowledgeable of liability law, I asked the technicians permission to enter their garage. Wow, I got a great warm welcome there too! They invited me in and answered a few of my pointed questions (I have a solid working knowledge of the work, just not the tools). These folks KNOW what they're doing and, rightly, demonstrate it.
Then I got the keys back to my Silverado in a nice smooth process. The stance after the Rancho 9-way adjustable leveling struts, matching Rancho rear shocks, the throat of the Borla exhaust, etc. had me grinning like a complete idiot the entire 45 minute drive back to my home in Elizabeth, PA.
Yes, I drove to Murrysville, PA from Elizabeth, PA just because I perceived the folks at Pro Trucks & Cars would take care of my truck at the same level I do. And they did NOT let me down. If you need ANY kind of work done, short of mundane stuff like annual inspections, I wholeheartedly encourage you to visit Pro Trucks & Cars.
Again, although this is QUITE rare for me, I endorse the experience/work of Pro Trucks & Cars. As the highest form of endorsement, I'm already getting my second and third appointments scheduled with them.response / report this review -

They have always been knowledgeable and friendly the few times I have visited the shop. I am not a gearhead myself, but I felt I could trust them and I felt their advice and guidance was sincere. Would recommend.

Pro Trucks is the best place for all your car customizing needs. The employees are really nice and they care about there customers. I would highly recommend to anyone to go there. Thanks again guys! 👍
