I got great service! I noticed that the cleats I wanted for my son didn't have laces so they not only gave me laces, the assistant manager laced them up for me.

Staff was good, owner was even better. Came in with a situation that required patience, and understanding after my first visit. They were more than reasonable with helping me out! I used to work over 10 years of retail, and I was impressed by the time I left!

Came it to purchase skates for our 3 yr old,prior to purchase we asked a sales associate what's the return policy and he said 10 days. Never once did he say "for store credit only". If we had known that we wouldn't have purchased the skates. I retured the skates 48 hrs later because they hurt her feet. The lady working the counter said "we have signed posted". Completely disregarded the fact that her sales associate didn't mention this when ASKED. Won't be returning due to lack of customer service.

Play It Again Sports - Chesterfield. This location is my go to store for all sports stuff I need, even if that means just tape its well worth the trip. The sales team here is very helpful always giving world class customer service. Nick is always giving awesome advice for equipment. I recommend this store location for anyone who needs anything sports related and great service.
