My experience shopping at Kohls has been very gratifying, very convenient and for the savvy shopper you can save a lot of money, earn Kohls cash, yes to you rewards and you can apply percent off coupons, up to four coupons that you can stack on your purchase. I keep going back!

Shopping in this store, finds the clerk's have not dropped their smiles. The product is in good taste and follows current trends with well known designers.
With next number service, and frequent percent off with other promotions, your cashier not only check you out, they will explain, what is available and get you as much as they can for a less expensive purchase.
The only thing I would like to see is a sales person in each department.

Pros.. Great customer service! I love that the customer service is up front in the store, when you walk in the store! Cons. Too much chaos from the customers that are pigs and don't put items back where they got them from!

Kohl's is the best! When you get Kohl's cash,rewards and sale prices NO ONE can beat those aaaaamazing prices! I just got a toaster for 4.99 a hand mixer for 4.99.where can you get it that CHEAP . KOHL'S ROCKS

Kohl's is one of my favorite stores, even though I don't like shopping. My visits are usually good, I did have to wait at the jewelry counter for about 15 minutes during my last visit. I asked another employee to call for someone to help me and the member was friendly, when she arrived. Most products are of good quality.

Clearance items on the racks are just too crowded. Hard to maneuver around to see what deals they have. If you have time, then you will be fine. Very clean!

Great when somethings on sale and you have a coupon or a 30%off. Too overpriced if you don't. A lot of Thier stuff seems to be too cheaply made, or cheap material, for a high price

Service with a smile. There is always someone there to find a product, size ectthere is one younger male manager who is absolutely amazing. Nothing stresses him out and he has no problem pitching in where needed. I wish I could post his name. He is the best

(Customer service devision)

In regards to returning items for adjusted pricing. Zero support. I cannot support the store in regards to this aspect. Hassle free returns is a joke."we can look up your receipt! No worries!" Hogwash. This store can't look up anything. Even offering the staff simple return solutions that clearly make sense and follow their policy are impossible to get across. If your purchase something I suggest you do not look back for better prices because what you buy is best kept (unless you buy a single item and want to return the single item). I review rarely. However, the process put forward today is not a simply process and should be addressed by corporate for clarification.
