Been looking for a high quality memory foam topper for my mattress but most are only a 1-2 lb density. I was so thrilled to see that Foam Factory has a 5 lb density topper . Delivery was fast. I had it for a few months now and it is perfect. I would highly recommend Foam Factory for anyone needing a topper or a mattress.

Always thrilled with my experiences with Foam Factory. I do light upholstery and often find myself needing custom shapes and sizes and FF has done impeccable work down to a tight, flawless Dacron wrap every time. My last project was a massive piece of foam (with wrap) that I had to send a drawing of with my description for the custom order and they not only did a beautiful job, they received the order, created the project, shipped it out and I received it in maybe a week. I couldn’t believe how prompt! I can not recommend highly enough. Thanks for kicking butt, FF.

Years ago, I ordered custom sized foam to re-foam the cushions on my boat. They worked great. We were thinking recently about replacing our couch but I remembered Foam Factory and ordered new foam insides for the couch pillows. It worked great. They cut the foam to the size requested. They have a good explanation of the different types of the foam on the site. The order was fulfilled and shipped quickly. I would highly recommend them.

I made a huge order for my house at Foam Factory and was very satisfied. The price was reasonable for a 3' long foam piece and 2 support pillow base. The quality of packaging was amazing.
I also had to contact customer service before placing the order as I was confused about the measurements. I've quickly got an advice, and with following it, got the exact result that I wanted.

I built an oversized L-shaped pallet couch and needed two oversized custom-size cushion seats. I looked all over the place and Foam Factory offered the best value I could find. The website clearly explained the difference between different types of foam and ordering online was easy. The foam arrived well packed and in perfect shape. Will definitely use them again and will highly recommend them to pallet couch furniture enthusiasts and other DIY'ers with specialized needs. Good old American service and great value for the $$.

Awesome prices, excellent customer service. Wasn't sure about what density to get so they sent me some free samples which actually changed what I would have ordered. Got a custom cut which arrived quickly and in perfect condition, at a better price than anywhere else I looked. Highly recommended.

I ordered 3 custom cushions for an older sofa. Very easy to measure and order. Received them quicker than promised. They were perfect as soon as we cut away the packaging. We did wait 24 hours to use them, but did not really need to. Very happy with the ease of using them, and the quality of the product. We will be able to use that sofa for many more years now. If we have need in the future, we would definitely purchase from Foam Factory again.

My experience with their customer service and issue resolution has been fantastic. The foam cushions I received were a bit oversized, but the foam factory took them back and resized them to fit perfectly with my cushion covers for no additional charge. They responded quickly to every call and email. I will definitely be using this company for any cushion need I have in the future.

What a cool company! I was unable to find anyplace remotely close to where I live that could help me with replacing the foam for my couch seat cushions. With a quick Google search, I found Foam Factory's very user friendly website. It walked me through how to take accurate measurements of my seat cushion covers and had a great breakdown of foam grade offerings. My custom order arrived about a week later and and new foam cushion fit perfectly. I'm very happy to have found this company. Very cool they are able to offer this service online!

I recently placed an online order through this company for a sheet of closed cell foam. The first time the item was shipped it never made it to my location because it was damaged in transit. The item was reshipped and arrived damaged. The reason the item arrived in poor condition is because they do not use sufficient packaging (they just pass the blame to FedEx by making statements such as " We are sorry that FedEx damaged the package." It is very apparent that a little more care in packaging the item would have made all the difference.. T

The customer service representative "Linda L." provided your typical robotic responses and did not go out of her way at all to help. She just went through the motions. Just a warning for anyone who is thinking of doing business with them. Try to find what you need locally. Unless you are in the market for beat up, damaged foam.

Purchased foam for a telescope case online. This was the first time I had done a project like this, but it was easy to find what I needed on the website and the foam arrived promptly and in good condition. I made a few mistakes as I figured out how to cut the foam for my case, but my project came out great. I would definitely order from Foam Factory again- 5 stars if you add instructional videos for newbies.

The process of ordering custom cut foam was much easier than anticipated. The foam arrived quickly, was cut very accurately, and seems to be of great quality. The price ended up being much cheaper than what I could find on Amazon or in my local craft stores. Would highly recommend others to use Foam Factory for custom cut orders.

I needed a good solid custom sized piece for the 6' bed of my little camper truck. I ordered the dimensions I needed during the worst shipping time of the yearjust before Christmas. I sent an email asking what the expected turn time would be..and was answered in a couple hours saying that the turn time was usually 5-10 business days. I received the package 6 days later. It was extremely well wrapped in plastic and shipped in a cardboard box. I unwrapped the foam right away and it sprung right up to nearly full thickness. Within a few hours it was fully expanded. The dimensions were precisely what I wanted and the foam is very firm. I have already slept on it and it was better than I expected. I would absolutely order from these folks again and would recommend them it you are looking for a good quality product.
