I hadn't been there in a number of years. I went there, one to simply look around. And two - look for a bike rack for my truck. I didn't see one in my tour so I asked a guy (might have been the manager) and he took me to where they had a coupe of them. He was very helpful and informative. Will go there again when I'm looking for items in their sales line.

Great place for used, durable gear. In the last 3 years, have purchased a cable-machine, dumbbells, heavy-bag/stand, and a bench here. Staff was pleasant if not friendly on each occasion. Gear was acceptably priced, and as described. Never had a single issue with anything, so don't know what it might be like to need to return never asked, never cared :-)
