Love this Honda dealership! Omar A. always helps me out - I have been going here for my routine oil changes and tire rotations, alignments etc, and they are the best! Excellent customer service, knowledgeable of parts and deals as well as very understanding and caring! Love these guys! Omar Ataliano has always taken good care of me! He never forgets to mention deals promotions and things I should know about my vehicle. Highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed.

This place gave me the hardest time. I had just found out I was pregnant so my boyfriend and I decided to buy a car from here.. we took the car off the lot and week after week they had trouble getting us the loan after telling us we were approved and even made the first payment. Well I go to Utah because i was living there while my boyfriend was in the navy and I got a fix it ticket because they never gave me a license plate with updated tags because they had trouble with the loan. Then they call me and say we can’t get approved for the car and I had to drive back to San Diego ALL BY MYSELF PREGNANT to go return the car I told them about the fix it ticket and they said they’ll take care of it because it’s not tied to my name. Next thing I know I get letter in the mail from a debt collector for $600 because they didn’t take care of it. Now I have to struggle and pay for it with a BABY and I’m a stay at home mom so I have no money to pay for it. I emailed someone there and they said they’d get back to me. I emailed and called for updates. Did I hear back from anybody? NO. Now I’m struggling to pay it and I can’t get a California drivers license because it’s suspended now. So thank you for that.

Matt “sold” us the car, I was emailing Chad because he took my down payment and said everything was good to go. John told me the ticket would be “taken care of” Very unprofessional and I’m pretty sure when I hear back you’re going to say maybe it was a miscommunication. But it was not because your employee told me those exact words and avoided me when I was trying to get to the bottom of this. This experience made me not want to buy a Honda EVER.

I’m not one to ever write reviews but I’m livid because it’s not only affecting my credit but now it’s digging into my financial situation that I already can not afford right now with a child.

This place is amazing. i NEVER write reviews, but i was a very happy satisfied customer! I regret not buying my car at this dealer. I went in for a service and Ryan saved me! Everyone is so friendly and they said my wait was going to be 1.30min, but it was only 45min! I recommend this place! Ryan, you're the best! Thank you HONDA OF MISSION VALLEY!

Excellent service! Andy went above and beyond to get us into the car we wanted. He even took the time to teach my daughter to connect her phone to the car system to play her music. Shanel was exceptional as well. She took the time to explain all our options. I would definitely recommend DCH to anyone looking for a Honda.

Since our Expedition is slowly but seriously dying, we thought it was time to shop around for a new car. After having our Pilot for 13 years and counting, we knew we wanted another Pilot for sure! Since a lot has changed since we last purchased a car, we really didn't know what to expect. I emailed a couple of dealerships and got responses promptly. We decided to go to DCH and are we ever glad we did! Abel Villavicencio is polite, knowledgeable and honest. It was such an easy and smooth transaction from start to finish. Our Pilot had to be shipped from another town so we had to come back a week later. We had to change our appointment and Abel was very accommodating. He spent time explaining everything to us and showing all the bells and whistles in our new car. I don't remember the two people (man and woman) who helped us sign the papers but they were both efficient and nice, as well. It was truly a hassle-free purchase and would definitely recommend DCH to all our friends and family! Thank you!

I must say that Sean and Lynn (and others that were so very helpful) were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The process of trading my Honda CRV for the Honda Accord (V6) was smooth. They were very thorough with the all the paper work. Sean was very knowledgeable about the Accord's features. I LOVE my new car!!

Such a hassle to call to get a general estimate. They insist on coming in. I realize the actual work could be different than the estimate (that's why it's an estimate and not a firm quote). I'm just trying to get an idea of what's in front of me. It's not helpful when the service adviser keeps telling me to come in and refuses to give me a estimate.

After asking several times, being told to come in several time, finally the estimated labor hours and labor rate was given (so I could calculate the estimate on my own).

What a hassle. Honda is suppose to be about top-notch customer service. What I experienced was annoying, wasteful, and a big turn-off.

In the future, I will seriously consider dealing with another Honda Dealership. While DCH is close and convenient, I may go out of way to avaoid them.

DCH Honda of Mission Valley has an excellent Service Center! I had the privilege of working with Vince in regards to an oil change, smog, and two major replacements on my engine. Vince worked with my work schedule, explained everything to me very clearly (including the price, very important) and even set me up with a loaner car for me to use for the days my car would be in the shop. I highly recommend and when you go, ask for Vince. You won't be disappointed. Thank you so much Vince! :)

DCH Service department is great! They are fair and honest and very transparent with service, what needs to happen, what can wait and exactly how much everything is going to cost. Everyone in the service department is friendly and courteous and the place is very clean. I know this sounds overly good and like I'm making it up, but I'm not! I've really just had fantastic experiences here.

I purchased a beautiful Honda Civic 2017 I'm March 19. The experience was amazing thanks Isaiah! He made the entire experience easy going and fast. I was very nervous and stress because I had just experience a horrible customer service at a different dealership (KIA Mile Of Cars National City) so I didn't feel happy or comfortable. However, Isaiah was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly,and more importantly he listen to what I was looking for. He worked his magic and I was able to get my dream car without going broke! I'm so happy with my new car and very happy that Isaiah and the Honda team helped me to get my dream car!!

Justin I. Helped me out yesterday trying to figure out whether I should go with a Honda Accord sport or a Honda Civic sport and I honestly didn't think I was going to walk out with an Accord and ended up with my beautiful civic. I'm so happy they were able to make it happen at a great price!(:

I was referred to John Le by a good friend of mine. I was in the market for a brand new car which I HATE doing. I always feel like the salesman try to dupe me because I am a woman and they make me feel dumb. So i was really dreading going through with buying a new car again. But John Le was the best! I felt so comfortable with him and I really felt he was being honest with me and he gave me all the info I need to make the quick decision to buy my new 2017 Civic Turbo. I loved the car and the service I got. John and the finance guy really got me the best deal. I am ecstatic with the whole experience. If you really want a great experience go see John Le! This is my THIRD car from DCH Honda Mission Valley. I am leaving tonight having had another positive experience with the team here. Justin and Jose were very open and honest with information and were not pushy. They were patient with my questions and answered everything that I asked.
