Shopped with my wife today. Numerous items on sale. She purchased three tops and four slacks. I also purchased shirts. Store is clean, well lighted, and the help is great.
I always enjoy shopping here.

Extremely slow checkout process. Waited in line for 20 minutes. The cashiers had zero urgency to move quickly. So wrapped up in conversation they were oblivious to how long the line was. Or they didn't care. Either way not a pleasant experience

It has awesome merchandise. Really nice clothes , super cute. I called and they had just exactly what I needed for a new job today. They held it for me. It was the only one left and in my size. My whole family loves Kohl's since I have bought them gifts from here. Lisette, an employee there, is always helpful.

Kohl's has a great variety of clothing, from leasure to formal wear. The prices are decent, and the discounts (% off) are also valid on all items on sale. I like that there are many price-check kiosks in the store, where your can check of the actual price of an item before you get to the register. If you find an item in the store and they don't have it in your size or not in the right color, you can use the convenient in-store sales kiosk to order online, they will ship your order to your home without a shipping charge.

Customer service A rated. That's the first thing I look for at any retail store. I also like the environment. Their sales are awesome. The only complaint I have is the dressing rooms. There was a couple in there and that is NOT permitted so please be aware and report if this happens to you.

Kohl's sales and Kohl's Cash are the reasons to shop here. Otherwise, the marked prices are as high as a mall dept. store. They get 3 stars for good deals. The staff are rarely friendly with customers, although they have a great time with each other, it appears. Anyone working on the floor avoids all eye contact and are essentially apathetic to your needs. There is ALWAYS a line to check out.

This location is messy with loads of clothes hanging sloppily on carts outside the dressing rooms. The shoe section is usually a mess and it's impossible to get knowledgeable help. Two weeks ago, I bought tablecloths and that section was trashed. The accessories section is too jammed up with too close tables and shelves so if anyone else if in that area you almost have to wait for them to leave before you can shop.

I love this place too much. Between sales, Kole's cash, reward points and stackable savings, it's a great value for your money. When I find a clothing item I really like, I will buy 2. It never hurts to have a backup.

Pretty good selection of name brand stuff at good prices. Keep an eye out for discounts in the mail occasionally. You can get even more deals by signing up for their credit card, which is really my only big complaint with this place. They really try and pressure you into it - "Are you sure you don't want to sign up? Are you really sure? But look at all you'd save!"
