Great Place for both kids and parents. You pay to stay here pretty much all day. Usually we go, then leave to get lunch then come back. Very relaxing. If youd also like, they have food here as well though.

Been there twice in last two weeks.

What I like
1. Reasonably priced. 2. Clean on both visits 3. Both play areas are big enough to keep my 28mth old busy for hours 4. Enough sitting for parents with free wifi. Snack bar sitting in in middle which is a good place to sit if your kid keeps bouncing off between two areas.

What they can improve upon
1. Healthy choices like fruits, cheese n cracks and even cereal bars at snack bar
2. Door for ladies washroom was stuck in 4 occasions. Really annoying when you have a toddler in hand who really needs to go..
3. Restrict parents from sitting in the play area if possible if they are moving around with their kid it is ok but I saw number of parents just sitting on steps in play sets on their phone either talking or surfing.. There are chairs for that. One mother was sitting in ball pen for over 20 mins while her kids played and lot of other kids couldn't go there because there just wasn't enough space.

Only one drawback is I personally feel that this is good place for young kids. It will be difficult to keep even 5 or 6 year old engaged for too long here as apart from little bit of physical challenge they don't have much for bigger kids..

Cute and great private indoor playground for kids. A bit dirty, tables weren't wiped down and bathroom was dirty as well. Staff should tidy up but were on their phones the whole time we were there.

Very pleasant experience! Very clean environment! Very friendly staffs! It's a place where kids AND adults can have fun!! I absolutely love it here & so did my kids. Looking forward to come back here (maybe by myself 😂😂😂)!!

Fantastic customer experience with the employees. We were there for a classmate's birthday party and our kids loved it. So much so that our oldest wants her party here now.

The staff was great. They looked after for the safety of everyone in the place and worked with the parents to meet any requests made. The bathrooms were clean, both men's and women's had changing tables, and food was allowed to be brought into the place. Very reasonable price and really a great experience for the whole family. The room is separated into two major parts based on age groups but neither side is built to endanger any age moving to the other side. It is well lit, plenty of staff on hand, and overall a great time. I really hope this place thrives in this area as it is a great addition to the community.
