After bringing my sons Parker crossbow in for a fraying cable around the cam bolt, Galen at the pro shop found a slight nick on the bolt which caused the fray and would have caused another cable to fail. Galen then called the manufacture and had a complete replacement limb sent in and replaced it. All of the work was done under warranty and done quickly at the beginning of deer season. Thank you Galen!

Very polite friendly staff. They're always willing to chat and help. They also let you browse without and said pressure. Prices are a bit high but it's worth it to support local businesses.

Never shot a gun in my life never held a gun and was nervous and they help me feel comfortable when shooting and holding the gun for the first time I will always go back because they put safety first and very helpful
