Very good food! A bit pricy but this definitely gets you into the New York vibe. It was also pretty quiet on a Sunday at 10:30. Everything looks delicious!

Took my niece for her birthday. In online reservations, upon arrival, and after being seated after watching staff sing to 2 other customers at two different tables (both adults) I reminded them 3 times and NEVER did anyone come to sing to my 10 year old niece. Poor service. Very disappointed. Never go there again. My money and patronage are important and expect quality service.

We entered with two other couples behind us. We were all told to take a seat. The lady who greeted us then seated a couple who came after us first. Luckily we were seated shortly after We were given menus but then decided to leave after being sat for 20 minutes. Nobody came to take our order or offer drinks. The place was wasn't even busy.

Very spacious, quality of food was a little low. ( not hot ) the server was very nice but very slow!! The atmosphere was nice and open! Location was just off time square !! Nice and convenient!!

It was better the first time I went a few years ago. Now it doesn't have as much to see and the food is not that great. The staff was nice but still wouldn't go back.

Came here on a school trip, most of us Had chicken tenders and we all had the same reaction; all tasted bland and it was cold like it had just been unfrozen. Waiter was supposed to give us unlimited drink but only came once to refill, orders got mixed up so people had to wait an extra 20 minutes for food when we were still eating. Maybe if they spent as much money on the food as they did decorations then they’d actually get good reviews.
    Overall very disappointing!

If I can give this place a negative score I would place feels flat, all glits and glamour from the outside. Pure tourist trap. I live in the city and I was with my family trying to decide whether to go to Olive Garden or go here. My son is five and he saw all the lights and of course wanted to go here. He loved it inside with the Halloween decorations and all. The sound was obnoxiously loud, place felt one dimensional, boring. The food terrible just as flat as the ambiance, super overpriced and obviously microwaved. See this place turn back go somewhere else save your money.

Not enjoyable. Basic food, not special. Do not go here if you are epileptic. Do not consider. Think again. If you somehow find yourself in this restaurant, find the closest exit quickly as possible, before you have a seizure. The music was so loud, you couldn't hear the screams from the outside. The atmosphere was so outdated, although I cannot go into detail because of a truly traumatic experience in my past will resurface. I cannot explain how frustrating it is to watch a music video with no music. Sad!

This is a great restaurant located in the heart of Times Square. If you are looking for a cool place to have lunch with the kids this the place to go. The food is delicious special the steak and grilled salmon.

With all honesty our experience here was not very pleasant at all. The sodas were completely flat and the food did not seem fresh, tasted as if microwaved. The waiter had a little attitude didn't seem like she wanted to work anymore. Very very pricey (well it is NY)! The props in the restaurant were really cool and the host was really nice and informative on the props. It was easy to get to since we live in NJ. I wouldn't recommend any of my friends or family members to come there.

Great tourist spot. They take your pic at the table and give you a post card of your visit which is fun. Typical American menu but the deep fried lasagna is pretty unique. You can make reservations easily on line which I would def recommend. The main negative is our waitress was really rushing us out - we weren't even done eating!
