  Lucy and her team were awesome! They were wonderful and easy to work with, and our website came out beautifully. Not only from an aesthetic perspective, but also the words and language used throughout. Most of the new clients who inquire with us tell us not only how good the website looks, but also on how well the words are written and really speak to what our ideal client is looking for.
  
  Looking back on the inquiries before the website re-do, it's night and day. The quality of leads has improved tremendously, and the close rate has also sky rocketed. While we have fewer overall leads, because our quality of lead has improved, our close rate has increased and we are doing better business. It's a win-win!

  I had a great experience working with Lucy at Plain Language Matters. Before we even spent a penny with them, she spent time getting to know my business, identifying areas where we were struggling and other areas we could improve upon. She offered value as a consultant and strategist right out of the gate and when we were ready to pull the trigger they were able to get up and running fast. We're only 3 months into our SEO strategy with them and already we're seeing the results that we need to continue to fill our pipeline, keep our team happy and continue to grow our business.   Working with Lucy and her team was an absolute pleasure - not only do they know their marketing, they are very hands-on and focused on delivering a result. Plain Language Matters helped my Luxury Travel Agency re-do our website in a StoryBrand format, making it more actionable and effective.   I was referred to Plain Language Digital Marketing and had a very positive experience. Lucy made sure to meet with me timely to understand what I was looking for and share her companies previous products, to make sure we were a good fit. She was responsive to all emails and met the requested timeline. She worked with our feedback and got us the perfect design for our event logo. I would recommend this company for anyone working to design a logo, shirt, or other service they provide.
