  If you have ever bought or sold a company, you know that it's an incredibly complex endeavor, sometimes with many unexpected twists and turns along the way. The smart person soon learns this is not something you should take on without the help of an expert to guide you. Phil Reese may well be the best and brightest expert you can find.

  We worked with Phil in selling our business and from day one we could tell he was a no nonsense and very detail oriented broker. He made sure we only dealt with pre-screened, qualified buyers and assisted with our questions at each step of the arduous and sometimes confusing process.
