This place literally NEVER answers their phone.I've tried on all occasionsNo answer. Their web ordering service doesn't work either Was SUPER excited to try something new

Great pizza. But one time I called and no answer. Figured they were busy. So I drove 20 minutes there to find out they were closed. No change to their answering machine. Just closed. Calling again right now. 5:30pm on a sunday. Been calling for 20 minutes. No answer. Machine says open. Customer service is clearly not one of their strong points

Overall I really love this place they have good pizza but sometimes they have questionable employees, they have messed up our order a couple times but they always make it right so I'm not going to knock them down a star. This is probably in my top 5 favorite pizza in the area. I would put Chicago brother Lake Orion as my number one, calabrese's Pizzeria in Clarkston as number 2, Marco's Pizzeria in Waterford as 3, this place as number four, and epic Pizza as 5.

Horrible, delivered wrong pizza, called them back had to repeat 4x that driver had already delivered pizza and it was wrong one - said they would give me a credit - never did

Placed an order for a couple paninis. They said 25 minutesshowed up 30 min and they said it would be just another minute or twook not a problem.
15 minutes later, several customers came and went, and I finally got my good.
Expected it to at least be fresh and warmbut no luck.

Food and Service was great!! Will becoming back everytime I goto a concert at DTE. I am from Toledo,Ohio. Highly recommend if your in town to stop by and chow down!!

I called at 8:50pm on a Sunday and they didn't just take my order and tell me to be there by 9 but waited for me to get there and did it with politeness and a smile which might not be a big deal to some but with all these place's being ran by children and closing at 30 min early this is a huge plus to me the idea of taking care of your customers might be a old idea but to me that's the foundation of a good business and the food is great

Yesterday I ordered a large 16" pizza, chicken wings, rack of ribs dinner, and pepperoni stromboli. The dry rub on the wings was so overpowering I couldn't eat them. The potatoes that came with the ribs were literally dripping with oil through the styrofoam container, didn't even try them. The full rack of ribs was cut into individual pieces for some reason and totally drowned in barbecue sauce. I tried one bite and was done. The pizza was also extremely overseasoned and was coated with oil which is completely unnecessary and made the pizza inedible. The side salad looked good and fresh but I'm not a salad person. $70 with tip and ended up throwing everything in the trash. I've had their food a year ago and didn't experience the excess oil and seasonings.
After all this I recalled when my daughter worked there a year and a half ago and was injured on the job they never covered the $200 insurance bill for stitches under workman's compensation.

One of the best pizza restaurants in town! Everything is FRESH and authentic (No canned slimy mushrooms here folks!) we have tried many things on the menu and all have been delicious!!!-
