Jay is a stand up dude and will work with you on anything. Don't know what some users on this rating are talking about. Clear to the point on everything he does.

This man has TALENT!!!!!! When my boyfriend took me into Rizzo Jewelers to look at engagement rings, I was clueless as to what I wanted. I spoke with Jay maybe 3 times about what I thought I liked and I showed him a few pictures and he created me the MOST BEAUTIFUL, ELEGANT, VINTAGE inspired ring that I have EVER seen!! I have never wanted what others have, and I am beyond happy with a ring that is ONE OF A KIND!!! I get compliments on my ring NON STOP and I recommend Rizzo Jewelers to everyone that asks. I will go to Jay for all of jewelry needs in future and I will ALWAYS have ONE OF KIND jewelry. If I could post of picture of this beautiful ring, I would. Thank you Jay from the bottom of my heart. I took my wedding ring into have it made into a different setting. When I picked up the ring FOUR of the diamonds were missing. When I approached Jay, I was given numerous excuses why they were left out and treated much differently than when I originally brought in the jewelery. He attempted to STEAL 4 diamonds from me!
I would never have expected this from this establishment!!!!!!
I will NEVER again frequent this store nor recommend this jeweler!!!response / report this review
