Do not go here. My experience was awful. Four girls to one room. They would yell at me if they were sleeping and I made noise. Med staff kept making medication errors. No bedside manner. Fake plastic mattress and flat pillow in a cold and dirty place. A girl even fainted and the medics came. I'm a cancer survivor with chronic health conditions including migraines. I seen a doctor there on a Thursday he said he would order migraine meds and that they would be in the next day well it took six days to get the migraine medication and I suffered. I kept asking about the prescription and medical staff had no idea what I was even talking about. Nor did they know about any of my medication. They tried to give me things together that I'm not supposed to take at one time. The prescriptions that were as needed they were trying to administer at scheduled med times even when I don't need it. I had more medical knowledge than them, they couldn't even pronounce my prescription names right. They say they offer Tylenol every four hours. That's only during med times though if you get to the front counter line in time and they were always running out of Tylenol. I am allergic to ibprofen and I'm prescribed another NSAID called diclofenac potassium yet they kept trying to give me ibprofen. Your not supposed to mix NSAIDs. With another one of my prescriptions, I had took the last of it before I came in. Then they told me that they would not refill it because I brought the bottle empty. Yet it's a necessary medication. They wouldn't let me be excused from group even though my blood pressure was 192/90 and I had a migraine and a urinary tract infection. One night around 2am out of nowhere this plant that was in a cup with dirty water fell on my head and got my bedding and clothes all wet and nasty. I went up to the front desk to the staff to ask for more bedding. I tried to explain what happened and she yelled at me "I don't care!".. Like another review I seen- This isn't a treatment center, it is a transition center for criminals. Everyone there has been to jail or prison. There is NO MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING, you are expected to do "chores" such as cleaning the toilets and the med staff is not even qualified to administer medications. They made more mistakes than I can list here. Regarding the food: It is canned or processed and slopped on a well used plastic tray. I would get stomach aches and be sick after meals and I always found hair in my food. The kitchen staff don't wear hair nets. If you don't have to go to treatment to get out of jail or stay out of jail, find another place to go! Otherwise, you will just be doing time and not getting treatment. Very limited on phone time there and no internet access. Once I left there I realized that they forgot to get me some of my belongings. I live two hours away and they tell me to come back to pick it up! The reason I didn't see that they were missing some of my things is because they gave me my things they stored in a bag and paper bags and I was not allowed to open then to check until I left and I had no ride I took my luggage on the Skagit busses three buses later I made it to greyhound station to get back to Seattle. This place is a mandatory thirty days and since I left before the thirty days they would not provide transportation for my way home being there I regretted even putting myself in rehab.

The culinary experience was sub par, coffee prices were outrageous from other clients, the substance abuse counselors were inexperienced, the sleeping quarters were drafty, and the medical staff were unqualified. It's where my recovery began. I had 7 years sober (no marijuana either) last August. When compared to other treatment centers it gets a two star rating but at least it's better than living in the woods

I would not even give this place one star, but I had to click on it in order to be able to do a review. I would not suggest anyone going to this treatment center. The people there were not about the best interest of the clients. It seems is just more like a warehouse and they admit people get paid and send them out the door without any one-on-one counseling, no after care plan was set up, no help or information was offered for clean and sober housing, and try and get ahold of anyone at the facility by phone . THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONES!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A POORLY-RUN FACILITY IN ALL MY EXPERIENCES WITH THESE TREATMENT CENTERS AND I HAVE LOTS OF EXPERIENCE WITH TREATMENT CENTERS!! My daughter it was using drugs almost the whole time that she was there at the facility for 30 days, and I'm talking drugs that people brought in off the streets!! She had some of her brand new clothes that we had bought her stolen right out of her locker and the staff did nothing to help her get it back. This place is the biggest joke that I have ever seen and I don't know how they are even still in business.

I went to PCN with an open mind and willingness to go. After a few hours of being there I wanted to go home really bad. A girl had suggested to just give it a couple days, my couple days turned into a full 30 I am now 38 days sober and rock in the Free World! I love the staff the RTS and even the maintenance was awesome. The food mediocre the wisdom priceless and the residents there make the program comfortable.
Overall - It is what you make it, my experience was amazing.

I've been to many treatment centers and never had an experience anywhere NEAR as bad as here. The staff literally either lost or stole the $60 I had when I got there. I had to climb a giant fence and also panhandle for bus fair to get home hundreds of miles away. Not to mention i spent one night in freezing the freezing cold. I should sue this place.

PCN is a wonderful treatment center it changed my life if you really want something different. Jaquilyn was a wonderful teacher and I enjoyed her groups greatly. The RTS Steve, Bill, & of course my favorite friend BARB was awesome having late night talks about recovery. The food was good, you are allowed to smoke and I highly recommend this treatment center to people truly wanting recovery. I am very sad to hear they are closing it down and hope and pray they find another way to keep it open. Thank you PCN staff and residents for helping me see the potential and change in my life. God bless you all!!!

This is NOT a treatment center. It is a jail substitution for criminals that are avoiding more substantial jail time by attending a supposed treatment center. Being a involuntary/voluntary commit, I learned ten times more about criminal behavior and thinking than I did about rehabilitation from alcoholism. 50% of the required "classes" were about smoking and yet smoking is allowed and exists as a prison type black market trade. They did not allow sugar or coffee but you can buy all the sugar packets and cans of soda you want from their commiserie at an exorbitant mark up. A true scam. The staff is largely untrained minimum wage employees from the local community and it seems the only requirement for getting a staff position is being willing to work for minimum wage in exchange for weilding arbitrary power over pseudo-prisoners. If you want to learn how to adapt to a prison environment, by all means choose Pioneer Center North and let them bill the tax payers $10,000.00/month to simply lock you up and feed you jail house food which I heard they steal peoples food stamp allowances to fund. All in all, quite the scam.

They treat you horribly! They loose your medications .. They ignore you completly!! I mean just look at the place?! >:-《 Also When you get discharged they purposely forget to give u your items that were in "Storage" The whole place just stinks of stale cigarette smoke!! The food is not cooked all the way! That place is top #1 out of many, That i recommend u STAY AWAY from!!!
