Hopefully things end on a better noteI'm still waiting to hear back from the manager. I took my daughter in for a cut and color yesterday. I paid $170, and came home with a trim, four little stripes of color that are only going to last a couple of weeks, and they didn't even blow it out. Seriously?
The stylist seemed unsure, so I tried to be clear - we wanted noticeable color! After I left, she made a decision to do temp color instead of permanent. No one discussed it with me.
I have been doing color for years, and so has my daughter. I know what it looks like when I get my money's worth and that doesn't even look like a $70 job!
When I went back to try and shared my feedback, all I got was "I'm sorry, but" meaning they aren't really sorry because it's my fault.
This was a back to school thing - It's be really nice if I heard back from SOMEBODY before school actually started.response / report this review -

Went here today to get our sons hair cut. The stylist was patient and talked to him for several minutes about what he wanted done. The outcome was exactly as asked.

Terrible terrible haircut. Grew my hair out for months to get a specific style. Showed the stylist the picture explained that i had been growing my hair out for it. Ended up looking terrible. At least 2 inches shorter then it should have been. I would have asked them to fix it but if they cut it anymore I would have ended up bald. Do not go here.
