The staff at NCVH are amazing! I know that they truly have a passion for what they do and why they do it. The doctors are knowledgeable and compassionate, the assistants are comforting and intelligent, the kennel staff work so hard to maintain the facility, and the receptionists make you feel like family. I really feel that there is no other place that could provide services like this hospital; be it a nail trim or a serious surgery. I have full faith them as professionals and have a lot of love for them as people.

I love the medical staff here, have nothing but good things to say about them. Had one of the admin staff offend me by making it seem like she was talking down to my wife and I over a forgotten debit card. Hence the 4 stars. Outside of a single rude admin tech, awesome care. I will continue bringing my pets here and highly recommend everyone else does too.

I can't say enough good things about Cascade. I have 2 cats and a new puppy. Recently I needed to come in right at closing time because my puppy ate something poisenous and they stayed late and we're so comforting and helpful throughout the whole experience. I've met multiple vets and vet techs that work there and found every one of them to be realistic, competent and so easy to talk to, they really make sure they've answered all your questions before you leave. Really all the staff is just wonderful. I recommend this vet to all my friends and family.

This is my first visit here with my fur baby and Dr. O’Brian and the entire staff seem very caring. The one thing they should change, in my opinion, is giving the parents the option of being with their babies when they get procedures (vaccines, nails done, needle aspiration) done. I’ve no way of knowing if my baby is crying for me while sitting in a separate room, causing me an even greater amount of stress in an already stressful situation. As her mommy, only I can give her the comfort she needs. 😢

I have used this veterinary hospital for over 20 years and find the doctors, their assistants and the office staff to be top quality. They will always put your pets wellbeing first. Excellent doctors!

Special thanks to Dr Allyssa Henderson, her vet techs, and the whole staff at North Cascade. They are all incredible!
When I realized my 14 year old cat was having issues in his mouth, they got me in for an appointment right away. After the Dr. saw him she got him scheduled for surgery the next day. They kept me updated throughout the day on his status and he came home afterward doing great. Dr Henderson even called from home on her day off to give me the cancer diagnosis and it didn't even seem like bad news, that's how nice she is! She gave me a bunch of reference material to read, answered all of my questions and prescribed a treatment that helped keep my buddy comfortable and enjoying life for the next couple months. When it came time to say goodbye, she made it clear that she doesn't ever perform a euthanasia procedure unless she believes it's truly the right thing to do. That compassion and professional opinion helped a lot with reconciling any doubt I had. She was right there with me crying and saying goodbye. The whole staff was super respectful and compassionate. I'm sure all of the doctors are wonderful, but I'm thankful I was lucky enough to bring my best friend in to see Dr Henderson. I will absolutely bring all of my pets to North Cascade.

Mind blowingly awesome! Dr. Squibb and associates managed to identify a rare disease that would've been fatal to my dog if it hadn't been caught so quickly. They kept consistently me updated on his recovery, were sensitive to my emotional needs, and accommodated my financial situation. They did what other vets couldn't. Thanks to these guys, my best bud is still by my side, and will be for years to come. So much love and gratitude for this team. Thank you!!
