Everything was great until I realized that My tech was sick. She kept coughing and could barley talk. Sure, she wore a mask but should not of been working that day. As another customer comes in, I asked if I could add a French tip on my pedi, the tech refused saying “we don’t have enough time”. Not sure why you guys have appointments then or why 2 other techs are just sitting down doing nothing. This could of been done because there was just myself and another customer.
Plus my boyfriend got a regular pedi and there was still a bunch of left over skin. Not sure what all the rush was about. Plus the tech didn’t even help me to the chair with my shoes and bag. Definitely will not come back.response / report this review -

It’s a cute little salon, I liked being able to schedule the appointment online. The prices seem fair for manicures and pedicures.
However the day after I got a no chip—it chipped. It’s been four days and I can feel where I could peel up corners of the manicure.
The pedicure was decent but quick. No complaints besides the nail tech was a little rough when pushing cuticles down.
The manicure is so so. She was a bit rough when pushing cuticles down but the filing and polish application was precise. But the No chip did chip and the top coat changed the color of my manicure. It looked good when I left the shop but by the evening it was more coral than pink and just not normal.
Also if you leave a 5 star review you get 10% off. So take reviews with caution. I think this salon could be great but they still have some issues to work on.response / report this review -

Such a cute spot in park ridge! Don’t pay attention to reviews years ago as they are under new ownership now. They did a great job!

After the new owners came in, this place has been nothing but the best. I've come here a couple of times to get my nails done, and they've always treated me with warmth and care. They're customer service is some of the best I've seen in a very long time. On top of that, their actual work is wonderful. I've gotten some designs that I never would have imagined and I'm extremely pleased. I'm definitely a regular now, and I encourage others to give this place a shot.
