My hairdresser of many years unexpectedly moved up north, so finding a new hairdresser on such short notice was a little nerve wracking! A friend works as a receptionist there and recommended a few names for me. After some consideration, I ended up choosing a young lady called Alexis. I was nervous that she would have trouble getting my unique, assymetrical hair style just how I like it, but she ended up replicating it perfectly! I was so relieved! She was super nice and a great conversationalist. Great experience!

First and last time going to this place. I rushed to make sure I got to my appt with Heather only to sit there and watch her taking pics inside and outside of her clients hair and then 20 mins late into my appt she was dawdling around her station not even acknowledging me just waiting for her. Nice treatment of a first time client! I left.

Really happy with service, cut, and care provided by Emily. Unlike other places, stylist was able to take her time and provide a really good experience. Glad I finally found a good place in Lakeland.

Can I just say, Taylor Ann is a miracle worker. She saved my hair. Everyone there is great and friendly. They always ask if I want a drink or if I need anything when I come in. I won't go anywhere else for my hair, a massage or a facial.
