They were very neat with everything they did and they were on time. The workers that were led by Tom he was very knowledgeable. All were considerate and left everything immaculate.
The crane driver was also on the spot and very careful.
The system by Linux that we purchased is much quieter than the old system that was in this condo which was purchased in 2002. Now we are up-to-date and have the thermostat we like also by Honeywell.

Pinellas Comfort Systems provided excellent service - from scheduling all the way to the repair. I have been a very satisfied customer throughout. They were very upfront and provided a thorough explanation of the issue at hand and were able to get a replacement part the next day - when I assumed it would take days, especially given the recent storm (Hurricane Ian). I will continue to utilize them for any future HVAC issues and am a very satisfied customer!

This is the first time I am using Pinellas comfort systems and I am very happy with the service they provided from start to finish. Ray came to check out an issue I was having with my AC system. He was very professional and courteous . Mark in sales did a marvelous job getting me a new system and getting me in the schedule the next day.He is very kind and takes care of his customers. Shaun the installation manager was very good . He helped with the diagnostic of my old system and explained everything to me. Larry, Mike & Kevin remove and installed a new heat pump, air handler, and added some returns and air supply for me. They had my system up and running by the end of the day . They were very kind and professional. They left my place very clean. I would definitely recommend Pinellas Comfort Systems you wouldn’t be disappointed!

Ray my initial service rep was very professional and explained things well. Mark is sales was very responsive to my questions and definitely went the extra mile to advise me on options for a new system. Alex, Josiah and AJ with the installation crew were highly professional and worked hard to get my new system installed just over 24 hours from my initial call to the company requesting service. I highly recommend this company for your air conditioning needs! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My A/C unit was not working and I have an 85 yr old and 2 kiddies under the age of 10 suffering from heat. I called Pinellas comfort systems and Ray was dispatched for the rescue. Ray was at the house at the time he said he would be and completely took care of our A/C problem. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for professionalism and getting the job done without sales pitches. This is a great company!
