We recently purchased a home and found several issues with the A/C system. The drip line leaked and ruined part of the ceiling, then another leak appeared directly under the unit and caused more damage. Because the previous owners had a maintenance contract with AMG for the past five years, we called them. The service tech could find nothing wrong and blew out the line with CO2, stating all was well. What he didn't find was that the drip line was cracked and running uphill before back down and out. The unit wasn't even sitting on the drip pan, and was leaking directly onto the ceiling, soaking the insulation. Cold air returns weren't even hooked up to ductwork. For five years this company has been servicing this unit and they never noticed any of this? Stay away!!

AMG has done a great job with us so far. I work in a commercial kitchen and the tech that I have dealt with has been knowledgeable. Any questions I have had about my invoices have been answered with patience. It is nice that their invoices lay out the work that we are paying for as well. The staff is very friendly and nice to work with. We are much happier with AMG than we were with our previous company.
