They were fantastic! They are speedy, efficient, and vigilant in their search for you. The installers who came out were fantastic. They were courteous and took the time to correct the situation and explain everything to me. I understand how difficult this repair was, but they did an outstanding job. I'm delighted I joined them. They followed up with a phone call to ensure that I was satisfied. Definitely a ten out of ten.

Ordered on Thursday, and installed the next day after a site survey (Friday). That's A+++ service! You may have hit it rich! Both the salesperson and the plumber were kind and helpful. The fee was very affordable, which surprised me. I'm looking forward to the advantages of soft water.

When we needed a part to fix our existing water softener, we called this company. They provided excellent customer service in order for us to obtain the part we required. They also took the time to go over our options for a full-house filtration system for the new home we're planning. We will most certainly return for the Simple Whole House filtration system for our new home.
