If I could give them 10 stars I would! I called them yesterday expecting that it would be a week before anyone could come but he came the same night. I was previously told that our A/C unit needed over $800 worth of work to fix the upstairs dampers that weren’t working but he fixed the issue in under 2 hours and only charged me $85 for the service call. He was honest, very fairly priced and saved me over $800. I can’t say enough good things about this company!

My unit stopped cooling this summer during July. Brian came out and troubleshot the problem, turned out to be a leak in the coil on the unit under the house. Brian was able to order and pick up the new coil and install it the next morning. The guys from NC Climate Control got us cooled back down and my equipment has been running great ever since!

I had a great experience with NC Climate Control. I sent Brian a message late last night indicating we had an issue with our AC unit and he fixed the unit this morning. That is great service! Brian is a honest person and offers excellent service at a very fair price. We will always use NC Climate control for our heating and cooling needs.

Had a wonderful experience with Brian and Aaron. Both were extremely knowledgeable and helped me out of a jam. I recommend this company to anyone. You will never meet a nicer bunch of guys!
