Very unprofessionalI was approached by Nicole with an attitude .she was asking me things that were none of her business .She said things in an unprofessional manner she should not say to clients whether you are right or wrong in any situation there's no need to approach with attitude if you own a company .. The staff sent me a very unprofessionable email..keep it professional..The house we rented was filthy dirty..smelled like dog.

They are the most unprofessional and rude group of business women I have ever met in my life. I have rented from them for 4 years because I like my house. I have only ever been late on rent once (which was just a few days) and I paid the $25 late fee. I never usually call for problems unless it is a dire emergency because they are so rude. I called twice in 4 years for plumbing issues. Once I had to wait over 24 hours for even a call back from them when a pipe out back was spraying water everywhere, and another time I was hung up on because I demanded my toilet be fixed so I could go to the bathroom after waiting almost 24 hrs. I had to threaten to put my rent into escrow in order to get the plumber. It is ridiculous and I don't want anyone else to have to deal with what I have to deal withI might as well have a slum lord instead of a Management Company!

This is a great place to find your next place to call home, the pineapple girls are the best and are super friendly! i cant imagine doing business with any one else. pineapple gulf properties is nothing less than the best!
