  Everyone at Pilson is amazing; I felt like every single person on the team was committed to getting my into my truck. I fell in love with it and, thanks to the associates at Pilson getting everything done so quickly and easily, I was on the road within hours. Absolutely THE BEST SERVICE I've ever had anywhere!!!

  The engine light came on on my 2016 F350 Platinum Ford. I made an appointment at Charleston Pilson Ford center and problem was resolved very satisfactorily. It took a little longer than they had planned, but problem was diagnosed in the EGR valve area. It was replaced under warranty and has functioned flawlessly since. Thanks to the service staff there for handling the diagnosis and resulting repairs professionally. Dick Weller

  Needed some small odd fasteners for my car. Dustin in parts took the time to help me find what I needed. Pricing was about what I found online, but getting the parts through them I didn't have to pay shipping! Great customer service!

  Good Sales people. Great Financial Officer(Male). Made the deal appealing to us.
  My only major comment is: Make sure what you need to operate the vehicle you are purchasing, has everything in it. I was missing a manual, ordered, 1.5 months back for service, still no manual. They went to another used vehicle like mine and took it, I guess. Appeared, from nowhere. Now I found out the funnel for the capless gas system is missing. Unable to put anything additive such in tank. Takes a special funnel, so I am out of luck.
  Also, walk around the vehicle in the Sunlight. Mine had major scratches at rear door, looked at under a canopy.There was no assistance to try to correct it, or any monies off. Just a heads up.
  Service Department is decent. Good about getting in on your schedule.
  Overall I recommend this dealership, but be cautious when buying used. Not every one leaves all the components in there trade.
  I question the ads about "being on Fire". I never have seen this type of sales advantage in the 5 vehicles I bought from there!
