Went for a simple routine maintenance and the guys here were super welcoming and friendly. Not to mention that they were also very quick with their service and just let me hang out there while they worked on the car. They know what they’re doing and I would trust them with any future maintenance and repairs.

This place is a Gem if you own a BMW and are looking for a shop to work on your vehicle. If you didn’t already know all they work on is BMW’s, hence the name ha. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable, friendly and professional everyone at this shops is. Places like this makes me feel even better about my purchase of a BMW. I’ve brought my 340i to this shop about 3-4 times for mostly preventative maintenance and a few other jobs. No matter what you bring your car in for these guys know what they’re doing and they always deliver the car on time and at a reasonable price. I definitely see myself to be a long time customer of this shop and they have 100% earned my business.

You know the saying "If you want it done right, do it yourself", well Bimmer Werkshop is the exception to this rule.
Can't speak highly enough of Nelson and the crew.
You won't find a fancy waiting area with designer furniture and an espresso maker. What you do find is expert diagnostic and repair work at a reasonable rate. They don't charge book rate, but the actual time it takes them to do the job. They also take the extra step after do a full test drive to check their work.
Only open weekdays. They can be busy and may not be able to take you right away but I appreciate this honesty.
Did a diagnostic on my e39 540iT (no charge since it took 15min) and a couple suspension jobs on my e36 318ti. They have my highest recommendation.

We brought our 2005 330xi here for a bunch of repairs, and I would absolutely return in the future. Ryan and Nelson are experts at what they do, and they also clearly care a lot about the specific model of car that we have, which means a lot to us as customers. It's great to talk to people who know your car type inside and out. I also appreciated Nelson taking the time to show me the [extreme, lol] wear and tear on the old parts that were replaced and explaining some things to keep an eye out for going forward. Great first experience with this shop!
