I purchased a used SUV from Diepholz in August 2016. My experience during the purchase was awesome. They were kind and honest and gave me a good deal.
Since then, I have had my SUV serviced there and have had a few repairs. The people in their service department are amazing! They are very kind and accommodating.
Being a night shifter, I called when they had my vehicle one morning and asked if I could return after sleeping during the day at 3:30 p.m. They waited and called precisely at 3:30 p.m. to let me know my vehicle was ready.
I would recommend Diepholz to anyone. They are honest, prompt, kind, and go above and beyond to accommodate their customers.

I will never go anywhere besides Diepholz Auto in Charleston, IL for car repairs! Compared to every other place I've been to for car repairs, the service department at Diepholz Auto is the most professional and pleasing to work with. The service department takes care of each and every customer and makes sure they have a pleasant experience during every visit. Thank You, Diepholz Auto! John Bush was our salesman. Awesome guy. I came in to purchase a Chevy Equinox and did not leave disappointed. A plus for this dealership as being kid friendly. My 2 year old son was with me and was treated with sweetness and kindness. The other associates did not mind his curiousity in their office😀 Thank you guys for delivering over the top service!!!!

John Bush was our Sales Guy. He was phenomenal! He knew what our budget was and stayed on track with it. He was super pushy but he didn't give up till he got us in the best car we could get and we couldn't be happier! He is a friend for life to us! The other staff at Diepholz in Charleston are also all very nice and it's very clean there! We highly recommend Diepholz in Charleston!!

Sorry, not very happy. Had some gaskets put on to stop some oil leaks. In the process who ever mashed some of the wiring. Said they replaced the wiring.. this is the eighth day they have had the car. Still no call. I wish I never took it to them.

Ongoing electrical problem that 4 other dealerships couldn't locate or solve. I was 300 miles away from home and had to get to the closest dealership as fast as I could. I couldn't have been luckier that day. Service Tech Jacob was the only person after 10,000 miles and 5 dealerships that took the time to properly trouble shoot my problem, locate the issue, and fix the problem. If I had a major problem in the future, I would drive 300 miles so Jacob could solve it, the first time. I have NEVER been so impressed with any dealership as I was with Diepholz!

I purchased a 2015 Chevy Malibu about a week ago. John Bush helped me a couple weeks up until I actually purchased. He was kind, patient, and very reassuring. He got me the car I wanted for the payment I could afford. Not only did I leave with a new car, I left with a new friend. I will only use Diepholz for all my future purchases.
