The staff is helpful, and the store is clean and we'll organized. Good supply of outdoor containers, one of the items I was shopping for. Supply of outdoor perennials seemed low, but that may just be a reflection of the season.

UPDATE: As some might see, I posted a pretty negative review yesterday due to a bad experience and I thought it deserved an update. Within 24 hours I was not only contacted by the Pike FB page, but also the manager of the location I visited. He was very apologetic and was generous in his offer to rectify the situation. I would like to commend Pike Nurseries in the swift and professional handling and resolution of this problem. This exceeded what I expected in their handling of the situation. People make mistakes and learn from them, but I am more than satisfied in the professional manner this was handled.

The level of incompetence in this store is absolutely unbelievable. I called 30 minutes before heading to the store to check and see if two plants were in stock. After being transferred twice and a two periods of holding, I was assured the plants were in stock. After a 30 minute drive to the store, I was told there was no Lavender in stock after I spent 20 minutes searching and trying to get an employee to assist me. They were all clearly too busy socializing to help out customers. When I finally got an employees attention he took me to the front where they confirmed it was not in stock. I asked to talk to the woman I talked to on the phone and she said "She only checked on one and assumed the other was in stock". Did she assume I had an hour of my day free to drive out of my way and spend gas money all to find an employee was to lazy and incompetent to check on two things I asked after telling me she did. All I wanted was to make sure the plants I needed to get for my moms birthday were in stock which is why I called ahead and this woman was too lazy to do her job and then lies saying she checked on both. The manager agreed this was ridiculous and ensured me "this is not how he trains his staff". Clearly a lot of people missed training. STAY AWAY from this store. Completely unprofessional and incompetent staff too concerned with their social hour to do their jobs and help customers.

The ectasy, the agony ,and the ecstasy of the Christmas tree, and the ELVES that saved Christmas
We bought a beautiful Noble Fir on Saturday with the stand already attached. The put on the roof of our car. we came home that the Christmas tree went up easier than any Christmas tree, ever. Ecstasy.

The next morning, the bowl the held the water in the stand they provided leaked. The stand is made of a plastic bowl with a rebar stand. Agony!!!!!!

I talked with Pikes and the manager sent someone over in an hour to fix/replace the defective stand. Felix came in, not just with a new stand but with two wreathes to make things right. Felix was great, the treestand was replaced, the tree and the wreathes look great. Best tree ever!!!!

The guys at Pikes went way above the call of duty to resolve the problem. Jimmie and Felix made sure that we were happy. You seldom get to witness people really get it right when something has gone wrong. The Roswell Road Pikes team is the best. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Happy Holidays guys!!!! Thank you.

Went in the with a massive gardening project. ONE tomato plant. My very first vegetable ever, so I needed some basics. Young guy named Tyler was very helpful and I got all that I needed. When I told him the Huge bag of potting soil was way too much for what I needed (or I would've needed two of the smaller bags) he suggested looking out back for a "broken" bag which if available is sold at half price. Super cool.
