Today at Halloween express, my family and I were looking at wigs & saw a package that was ripped and already opened, and the wig was not in a hairnet like most should be. I took the wig out to try it on, as it was already opened. A worker told us we are required to buy the wig as we had opened it and tried it on, and it’s a health violation. We told them the package was already opened and someone had already tried it on, and they proceeded to argue with us telling us we were the last people to try it on so we needed to buy it. We asked for a discount as the package was opened and they refused and told us it wasn’t possible. The manager was very rude and presumptuous and threatened to fine us for health code violations

Just went to the Halloween Express in Brookfield Square, and I was extremely disappointed with their special fx make-up section. Only one small rack, and all of their liquid latex was old and almost dried out. Their large animitronic displays were pretty cool, though.
