They overcharge for blood tests. X-rays etc. On top of that, the assistant said she made an error, and charged $20 on top of the $257/- charge, and she wanted us to pay for her error.
Very deceptive business practices.
Be super careful going there.
You could easily be scammed, as they showed lack of business ethics.response / report this review -

Dr. Gallagher and Nurse Carolina are both very kind and patient. They're both very thorough, they don't rush you. They listen to everyone of your questions and concerns. They give you detailed answers. They take their time, very professional and very friendly. Thank you

They were friendly and kind. My Quhorbie is what would call in more polite terms "feisty". He is not used to other people, but they were very nice and calming when he got his immunization shots. We have taken Quhorebhun there every time we need a vet.

Although they have reasonable prices, I still have to give them one star. Unfortunately they awful communication between the two office. If you are bouncing between clinic in order to get you pet seen faster, you must have you own paperwork, they don’t transfer it for you or have record of it. Also, they have a HORRIBLE PHONE, system! You have to call and call until someone answers, there is no actual voicemail box per an employee. I called over 30 times and finally was able to reach someone! To me, this is extremely unprofessional and not acceptable. When taking you pet into be seen many times they are in vital situations. The last you want is to be stressed about getting through to them in order to check on your pet… Please fix your whole system, it’s really not that hard too do!

I love this office. We drive an hour and a half to have my chihuahua seen. They are so sweet, and they work so hard to get your pet seen. I would recommend them if you are looking for somewhere affordable. The plus is that you're not forced to compromise the care you will receive because it's affordable. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable and caring.
