Decent prices. Decent selection. Employees are always helpful. Lots of goodies to make your vehicle light up, smell nice, bling with chrome or yiu can pick up some "Cherry Bomb" exhaust tips to irritate your neighbors. Manny, Moe, and Jack get 4 *.

Took my car in for service appt at 8 am. Called at 9 am for estimate and was told they were bringing it in. At 11 am I called again they had not even gotten to it. The guy was annoyed I had even called. Horrid customer service. It may be a bit more, but go to Firestone, these people are a joke!

They always try to do their best.

Note: do not purchase the Bell Sports Windstorm air pump under any circumstances that require high pressure. After pumping up one Trikke 8 80 psi 5 inch 8.5x2" tire the pump exploded before 70 psi on the 2nd. Grease and shumt everywhere, plus bloody knuckles. POS.

So I returned it for a Slime foot pump. TRASH. Before 50 psi the hose blew. Wasted afternoon trying to use crappie equipment.

Usually Pep Boys is wonderful. Just not today. That is why I still give 5 stars.
