Very cool place to learn about these aging beauties. Kids of all ages will enjoy the rides on the trollies. Nice gift shop. Unfortunately, not a whole lot of time is allowed to explore the trolley garage during the tour.

The weather was pleasant and very Cooperative so they had the open trolley out we got a lot of air in the ride was very nice the museum the conductor's did a good job of explaining all the different types of trolleys they have in their warehouse.

Virtually whole family outing. My grandson loves going here. Being Easter weekend, they had the scavenger hunt / prize, and decorated for the holiday. Nice to take in the huge exhibite of trolley cars at our own pace too. Really so much to enjoy, and quite reasonably priced admission. We will probably get a grandparents / grandchildren membership for his next birthday.

We've been to several events now, and they are always well-organized and lots of fun. A typical event includes two trolley rides and a self-guided walk through the warehouse with the old trolleys. The volunteer staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful.

Parking can be an issue on event days, but there's always ample space across the street.

I've been here once, and yet, I absolutely adore this place. The staff is so incredibly friendly and welcoming (they even allowed us in the maintenance bay!), and the magnitude of the history there is astounding. This is not just for families and children - anyone can appreciate the history and inexplicably fun nature of seeing something so ornate, loved and outdated :) Will absolutely return many times.

Beautiful place with a great ride - you can get on and off at any of their stops all day long. They have great exhibits and staff that clearly care about the museum and its collection. Must see - must do.

If you haven't been there it's worth a look around. They are constantly adding to the facilities. Very interesting.

My little girl and I loved this place. They have a trolley Mister Rogers himself once rode on, dozens of historical trolleys and the trolley ride includes two beautiful and different ones with antique ads inside and wonderful views of the area. The gift shop had items for every age group and there was a lovely informative video and toddler-friendly activities while we waited for the ride and tour to start. The conductors were very understanding of three-year-olds and there was a smaller trolley with a bell which my daughter simply adored. We both learned a lot and it was very special for my daughter, a devout fan of 'Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood,' and a third-generation fan of Mister Rogers, to finally experience real trolleys. She has talked of little else since our visit and even though we live far away in Virginia, I can hardly wait to bring her back with her Dad.

If you like trolleys, this is the place for you. We went on a day when Daniel Tiger was visiting. There was a surprising amount of stuff out for kids to do - but I don't know if it is all out on an average day. There's nothing overly fancy here, but riding the trolley was fun. The kids enjoyed it.

We had so much fun! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. When you first get there, you purchase your tickets in the gift shop (which are good all day). Then you walk out to the platform. There are 2 different Trolley rides. The first Trolley is an old time passenger car with windows. That one takes you for a 15 min ride around and back to the station. The other Trolley is an open car with no doors. That one takes you to the museum. There are lots of old cars starting with the very first cars. It was really neat to learn about them and how they progressed over time. My 4 year old had a great time too. I would definitely recommend.

We have 2 young boys that love trains, this was a surprisingly enjoyable experience. Fascinating to sit and talk with the volunteers that are here. Working trolley lines, and we rode on the Streetcar Named Desire. The kids love it. We try to stop out during the holidays because they always have something fun going on like the pumpkin patch. This is definitely a destination place if your kids like trains or if you love the history of the trolleys!
