Love going to this library. The staff is always helpful and polite regardless of how many questions my kids come up with to ask. We rent movies, games, book and attend events frequently.

All the counties have rules whereby if you live in another county, even though you're in the Penfield school district and pay taxes to it, then you can't join the library unless you pay $40 (2 kids $80). This is a ridiculous state of affairs that is repeated over and over across the city/towns - it's about time these people collaborated and made resources available to all regardless of their address
