  We recently used Pell City Flower & Gift Shop and were so pleased with the service we received. We spoke with the owner Cindy who was so helpful and suggested many different options for a flower arrangement to send for a funeral. It was absolutely gorgeous and I would say it was the prettiest one there, but all the other arrangements came from her shop, so they were all beautiful. We will surely call them again when we are in need of flowers.

  I will never forget you Ms. Cindy. This place is amazing. My brother passed away and I was coming from Savannah GA. My GPS timed me getting in Pell City after the shop closed. She waited for us to arrive just so I could take a blanket to add to my brother's arrangement. She did a beautiful job on his Sprey as well. We will never forget how kind and compassionate you were. Thank you for being so kind.

  For 18 years I have shopped at Pell City Flower Shop. From Stopping in to purchase candles or buying something I saw from passing that I "couldn't live without" and always ordering flowers including all my girls corsages through the years and now it seems sending flowers to loved ones that have passed. We live out of town, but, still the same service over the phone. Such wonderful people that truly care about their customers and the people that call. Thank you all so very much.   I have used Pell City Flower & Gift Shop for years. They do a wonderful job and use only the freshest flowers and make the most gorgeous arrangements. Family owned and they take the time to make sure your flower order is perfect. You won't be disappointed.

  When I placed my order the said that flower bouquets was available and then they called and said they can not make that flower bouquet. So I change my flower bouquet and told them to make a new one. And then the delivered it on the same day when I called them and told them to change the delivery date very disappointed
