  100% Recommend Florida Skydiving Center at Lake Wales. I don't normally write reviews but each person here really went out of their way to take care of my group of 7. Betty was super cooperative, Clancy is an absolutely awesome dude we really appreciate you for everything, and as seen in the pictures I flew with Pip he is an extremely experienced and great guy to jump with thanks for everything. After our experience here we will come back.

  The skydiving experience was amazing. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because of the deceitful lady behind the desk where you pay. She clearly tries to take advantage of divers but providing false information and making you pay more. It is very unprofessional as she tried to manipulate me to pay more for something I didn't ask for. Instead of purchasing the video of the dive (which by the way she says includes 20-50 which is completely untrue as they are only screenshots of the video), I asked if there was an option to only pay for photos. She said no, it's $75 for the video and said they don't offer photos only. After the dive, I was approached by one of the photographers (great photographer by the way) and he tells me that we can purchase photos that he took for $30, which are way better than the supposed photos on the video. After all, there was a way to only purchase pictures but the lying lady at the counter tried to finesse me and make me pay $75 instead of $30. I clearly asked about photos and she lied in my face in an attempt to get me to pay $75 when I only wanted photos. Aside from that, the video is given to you on DVD! What is this, 2005? Who uses that any more?! At least give it to us on USB! Truly horrible way to capture the memory. Don't let that scheming lady drain more money out of you and know before hand that there are amazing quality pictures that you can purchase after you dive. They even let you see them before you purchase them.

  I jump here regularly and they are always very energetic! :) I did a coach jump with a lovely lady skdyiver named Cat, the service was amazing and very informative! I will be back for many years to come!

  I absolutely love this drop zone!
  
  It's a great place to come whether you have zero jumps or 10,000 jumps.
  The landing area is giant, there are good wind indicators from a nearby plant, wind socks, and wind blades.
  People do a lot of CRW and belly here.
  I think free flying will become more popular as the current students progress, though!
  Super friendly to fun jumpers.
  There are nice restrooms with showers to use and a camp ground to crash in.
  Not to mention the DZO is one of the coolest out there.
  
  The tandem masters and AFF instructors do a great job for those first timers or people returning to get certified.
  
  Great vibe and blue skies :)
  
  This place is awesome!

  Skydiving was a thrill and a great and unforgettable experience. I went with my two sisters and a good friend. For all of us, it was our first time sky diving. I was excited and nervous. My skydiving instructor Brian is the absolute best. If you ever go skydiving here, you are lucky to have him. I felt lucky to have had him as my instructor. He made me feel very comfortable, safe and he gives clear and great skydiving instructions. He is extremely knowledgeable about skydiving, energetic, friendly and overall, an awesome person. I chose to do a video to remember my experience by and I had Clancy as my videographer. He's another awesome person I met at the center. He is a great person to interact with and his video skills are great. My video turned out so cool, memorable and in great quality! Clancy really documents your full experience. He gave me great tips to ensure my video turned out great, showed me fun poses to do while skydiving, and asked me quick questions and my answers were included in the video and that really helped me remember how I felt that day, because with the nerves and excitement, a lot of things can be forgotten about. We woke up early and we were the first tandem group on a Saturday morning. Yay! My friend and I were on the day's first flight and my sisters were on the second flight. If you are thinking about going skydiving, definitely go to this center. The staff, especially Brian and Clancy (my sister really liked her instructor Eugene as well) are great guys and really passionate about skydiving. The other instructors and skydivers who seem to be regulars were really nice too! It's a fun and safe place and when I skydive again, I will definitely return to Florida Skydiving Center.

  Today was my first tandem jump. My instructor, Eric, was awesome! He was so fun. I got the video and photos, they are worth it! Everyone there is super nice as well. If you jump there you won't be disappointed. Your in good hands there! :)

  I went here for my first skydiving experience and had an amazing time. The staff members were so friendly! They are professional and extremely friendly. The whole process went super smoothly and they explained everything very clearly along the entire way. I would definitely come back here to jump again! Shout out to my tandem partner Brian - you're the man!
