  As someone who has knowledge into how solar works I wanted to give my honest review.
  4 stars, for a solar company in Phoenix AZ that is GREAT. Most don't know much, or they do know a lot but they only look out for themselves and not the customer.
  
  When it comes to the sales rep, each one is going to be different. Even as a leader (I have been a leader in many different sales teams) it can be difficult to ensure every rep is doing things the proper way. From the leadership I had the opportunity to talk with, they do care about the customer.
  
  Now the cons - Installation can be slower compared to some companies, however it is high grade work and they ensure they cross their T's and dot their i's. Some companies have been caught cutting corners, one of them is considered one of the largest installers in this state! PE Solar in the history me and my partners have known them have been considerate and care about their reputation.
  
  Speed is -0.5 star
  
  Options would probably be my only other complaint and thats because I like choice. For most people this isn't a big deal, as they just want a system that works. For me I want to compare the 3 best panels and figure out which one is going to give me the best bang for my buck. I also like to be able to choose many other things, but again I'm picky.

  Bradford with PE Solar just did a great job with breaking everything down for us. Down to the basics and not complicated. Very open on the whole start to finish process.

  I would have a huge concern about PE Solar. They provide a terrible customer services. I purchased a new solar system six months ago. The solar system does not provide 100% electrical power usage for my house as they promised. I still have to pay 50% of the month electrical power usage to the SRP. I contacted their manager Kaci Feinstein as well as their customer services many times but they failed to fix the problem for me. I truly need help to resolve the problem ASAP as I already paid them $43,000 for this solar system. This is a terrible customer services that I have ever experienced from a company that this.

  Contract reads “cancellation after the three days of contract execution, but prior to commencement of installation, will result in billing of the actual costs incurred up to the date Pure Energy LLC receives notice of the cancellation.” I cancelled prior to installation. I then received an email from their Sales Director informing me that they have put a lien on my home and they are demanding 25% of the contract. They continue to bully and threaten. They’ve told me if I don’t pay they will escalate legally and go after the full contract price. They refuse to provide any documentation as to any actual costs incurred. This company should be avoided. I will never consider solar again after this experience.

  Great company, great incentives, communication and customer service. The staff was very good about communicating through the whole process, the delays we had were because of the city, not the company! After the install I had not yet logged into the website to check usage, the company saw there was an error and sent a technician out to ensure everything was working properly! I am very happy we chose to go with PE Solar!
