Friendly staff very upbeat environment They say hello as soon as I walked in the door , I do appreciate that . they seemed very eager to assist. ..
I give three stars , cause there was no answering machine after hours . The internet says its open , just that the hours vary on labor day . I ask them about that and they were actually closed ..response / report this review -

Went in there was trying to by a DVD player and some dvds and ask a question got a rude answer by a pregnant chick. Then went to use my debit card and they wouldnt let me because i didnt have my license. The same chick when i asked why she looked next to her and looked back at ne and said because you cant with an attitude. Never even called 1 of the 5 people that were hiding in the office to help me.

I had a pair of Bose qc3's in shop on loan when I went to pick them up I quickly looked at them all the stuff was in my protective case but at home I noticed the serial didn't match my box needless to say the staff are thieves I'm outraged!!

I tried to contact this shop To see if they had received an ipod that was stolen from us two days ago and the girl who answered said I needed a police report. I thought it was strange that they couldn't give me just a yes or no answer so I called every other pawn shop around us and they all gave me answers right away. I called this location back and unfortunately the same girl answered and when I asked her why I needed a police report for a simple yes or no she replied that they couldn't give the seller's information if they did receive one. ALL I WANTED WAS YES OR NO. She then very rudely said one moment and fakely checked, to then reply with such an annoying high pitched nope. Thanks for the help, learn your customer service skills before leaving the house next time.

The people that work and operate this excellent establishment are by far the best and most professional people that I have ever experienced who work in this type of industry most of my experience dealing with pawn shops are by far the worst experience that I have ever encountered the people would make you feel like your either on drugs or your a thief they don't realize that good people sometimes have unexpected things happen that they didn't expect so they have to do what ever it takes to get bye but the people at Pawn Kings treat you with respect and in my experience they treated me like a human being so I would definitely recommend Pawn Kings to all my friends and family!

The staff was nice when I went in, however they are very quick to throw a low price at you. I had a acoustic kid guitar (never used), the guy said oh that's only worth $3.00 within 10 secs. The same guitar sells for $32.00 on ebay and walmart. I also had a brand new NEC vt37 projector that they told me was worth $30.00, and it goes for $100.00 on ebay and $170.00 on wal-mart. They don't even try to negotiate any price. Again the staff is nice though.

Got an incredible deal on a number of purchases that I'm very happy with. Great customer service as well. I've never seen a pawn shop run like this. It will blow your mind, you gotta stop in.
