The employees are kind and helpful. One employee today took the time to show me how to better use the Khol's​ app on my phone after I asked her about a coupon. She showed me how to scan the merchandise's barcode to see if things are also available online and to check the "wallet" on my app to see what coupons are available. This was definitely going above and beyond. The products they sell are great! The promotions and sales they have keep me coming back. It is a fun experience to shop at Khol's. It is my favorite store!

What a joke no wonder Amazon is dooing so well. Kohls They wont display any prices on ther electronics beats. and some other things didnt even price scan on there own scanners. They avertised products they didnt even have Jewelery is way over retail like 175 persent Not putting prices on items doesent mean we are going to buy them. I was pricing things on amazon on my phone in the store haha so i could try to find a price range . Lol good luck Kohls in the future no that sears maceys and other retail stores are being swed on going out only because of your bad practices.

No signs directing to oddly placed customer service desk (based on other stores on region). Cloying claustraphobic stink in air couldn't wait to get outside for fresh clean air.
