We bought a 2014 vehicle and they certified it for us before we bought it but have since had to go back three times already wants to get the windshield fixed wants to get the keys for the car then they forgot to give us the second set of key with the fob now we will have to go back to get the fob and to have one of the tail lights fixed do to it leaking and when you certified something I thought the tires had to be to a certain standard but other than that the service has been great and the people are friendly you can get your cars and burgers from Bill pretty good guy

I really love this place! First time getting a new vehicle and wasnt sure if I could afford it. Ernest gave me all my options and was patient when it came to allowing me time to make my decision. I test drove a few vehicles. I put down my first payment, got a good monthly payment, and am a proud new owner of a GM Terrain! I recommend asking for Ernest if you go! He helped me set up the features on my car and gave me a tour. I don't know if that is standard, but it was awesome!👍

Car repairs are never fun. Made an appt to have a blower motor problem looked at on my 1998 Olds Regency. The service staff identified the problem AND informed me of an open recall on this car's fuel pressure regulator. Both problems were repaired in about 3 hours. Not cheap, of course, but the Paul Sur service staff was excellent and prompt. Should the need arise, I'll definitely return here.

I just recieved a $100 Visa Gift Card from Brent Sharp!!! He is actually the only honest salesperson I have ever ran into He did exactly what he said he would do!! He told me he would give me $100 if I referred someone to him who buys a new or preowned vehicle from him and he actually did! Great guy! Most salesman say they will do it and the $100s never comes 😟Thank you soo much Brent! This made my day todaycoming home to an extra $100!!! I AM DEFINITELY GOING TO KEEP REFERRING PEOPLE TO BRENT SHARP!!! (:

Dealer seems to care more about where you bought the vehicle before customer concerns. I did buy the car used from them, so i can't imagine how much worse they would have been to me about warranty work if I didn't. Had a seat cover put in and the side cover was not installed right, I finished poor repair myself. On another service a lug nut was left off and they were rude about it and a rust issue I have with the passenger rear door paint on a 2013 car. Dealer wants to charge and give you a roadside assistance number to Gm to call about warranty work. I won't be doing business or purchasing another car from here.
