Im giving 4 stars for Dr. GRETCHEN AND DR ANGELA KATAFIASZ ONLY. I do not like Dr. Gill here. Ive bee. Coming here for as long as i can remember as my mom used pattersons vet for our family doctor. I love this place and only ever had problems with Dr. Gill. So i will continue to recommend this place but only if you see Dr. Gretchen. Id give 5 if Dr. Gill wasnt in the picture.

We were first timers visiting this clinic. And we WONT return!! We were told our dog had a tumor, no signs really. We were told she needed surgery. Being the loving and caring pet owners we are , we wanted nothing more than for our dog to be taken care of. Got the call later that day she was awake. After 4 hours coming to pick her up to find out she was not okay! Brought her home where an hour later she had quit breathing and died! WE WILL NOT RETURN! I dont recommend this vet office to anyone!! A day later also to find out another family friends pet also died the day of surgery!! How dare they turn there backs and not keep watch over Gods children!! They should be SHUT down!!

We LOVE Patterson Veterinary Hospital. My husband and I travel roughly 20 miles to get our rabbit's nails trimmed there. The Doctors and Technicians are always so friendly and helpful. We could not imagine going anywhere else!

First experience, sub par. Second experience they failed to diagnose my cats illness/poisoning DESPITE me giving symptoms that could have saved my cats life. He died 1 day after his appointment where we were kept waiting and then ran through with the "totally healthy" and charged for shots. Then they called my wife to remind her of the appointment for our dead cat, an appointment i asked them to cancel the day i brought in his corpse. Do not support such careless behavior masquerading as medical care, take your pets elsewhere. They had the nerve to tell us we were unwelcome, like we would return to the place the let our cat die from negligence.

A complete and total money grab these days. My dogs have been fine for years under the care of Patterson and his team. These new owners are just trying to capitalize on his old clientele; insisting on unnecessary tests and treatments at every visit. It's too expensive anymore, and quite frankly, while the techs are nice, there is nothing that sets this place apart from any other clinic out there anymore.

We have been taking our pets to Pattersons (mostly Dr Kat) and she is wonderful! She treats our pets like they were her own. She really takes the time to explain what is going on and you can tell she really cares for her patients. I took my cat in yesterday for an emergency issue and saw a different doctor. I got right in and she was very helpful and friendly. Bonus points for being priced very reasonably as well!

My family has been going here for a long time will never go again 2ys ago my mother took her dog in because he was having seizure's the first treatment the vet suggested was euthenasia of course my mother did go with that now mind that my mother has been going there for a LONG time the vet proceeded to say "anything that has seizures is useless and should be put down." Knowing my mother has seizures needless to say we will never go again.

I would honestly give them zero stars if I could. Up until the point of my dog having surgery I was impressed. They seemed eager to help our dog and family. The vet who checked him out was amazing and I did love her! But once I got changed to the vet doing the surgery it all went down hill fast. Surgery seemed to be a success at first, but then when it did fail I was completely wrote off. The vet almost made joking remarks about my dog that offended me. Every time I expressed my concern for my dog and that the surgery didn't work it made me feel like I was an idiot. After six months of dealing with this we finally decided to try a new vet. He INSTANTLY knew what was wrong and what had happened to give my dog such health complications. Instead of making slights at my dog for being sensitive, he noticed that his knees pop in and out easily. NOTHING was once said about that ever at Patterson, but just comments about him being jumpy when the vet touch him. Ever since my dogs surgery he is terrified of his legs being groomed because they had to shave his leg for an IV and it breaks my heart. I had friends warn me that her friend had a similar situation. Everything was great up until surgery, but then everything crumbled and fell apart and their pet too was left in worse shape than before the surgery.

IV been going to Patterson's for over 12 year's now I recently went to to get my dog some help they went on testing for everything they could I told them he had a ear infection so they swabbed his ear without telling me it would be 20 buck so I didn't have all the money to get all his meds so the next day I call to get the ear meds and they told me I'd have to bring him back in and pay all over again so because I couldn't pay for it all over again my dog has to suffer they don't care about my dog all they Care about is money money money I was begging them to to wave all the fee's and I'd pay for the meds sense I had already pay for everything they said nope u have u bring him in again I told them I'm going to find someone who cares about pets. if it was Mr Patterson he would have cared about are pets. I would not recommend the vet at all unless you have lots of money that's what they Care about
