Always been extremely helpful for me. I don’t usually get off work until 5:30 which they close at 6:00. However, on at least two occasions they have worked past closing time to help me out. It’s the only place I let work on my vehicles and prices are usually pretty reasonable.

We'll be back with future service and/or tire needs. I broke off one of the bolts holding the license plate to the back of my wife's Odyssey, we "walked in," were given immediate service although it was plain to see they were very busy, and they removed both the old, rust-frozen bolts without even a scratch on the hatchback. It took about an hour, but it was well worth the wait because of the excellent job done. We're confident the man at the desk wasn't BSing when he said they're very proud and protective of their reputation. Again, we'll be back!

Absolutely terrible. Three hours to be informed they couldnt do anything. I'll walk before I ever consider bringing a vehicle back to that s*** show.

We first took our huge GMC Savannah van in because the brakes felt wrong..turns out the guys found a section of bad brake hose. They did a fantastic job and our van is working properly now. It took a day to complete . Then my Toyota wouldn't start this week..I'd been teaching my son to drive and wasn't sure if it was the clutch switch or starter. Dropped my car off close to closing Tuesday night and within 1 hour of them opening on Wednesday morning it was fixed. They are fair and honest. I've nothing but excellent experiences with them. I will continue using them and recommending them to others. Thanks!!

Took my car to get the diagnostics of my A/C since it stopped working. They told me to drop off my car and it should be ready within an hour. Dropped off my car at 11 A.M and didn't hear nothing back from the shop. I called them at 2:45 and asked for the status of my car and they told me, "in 15-20min your car should be done." I decided to head out since it takes me 20 or more minutes to get to the shop. I pull up and my car is still sitting in the same spot I parked it in. I go inside and spoke with Tom and he said it'll be another 15-20min wait. They had my car for 4 hours and didn't even touch it! What a waste of time!

Excellent customer service. I have taken in several cars with various mechanical issues and they were very prompt in assessing and repairing the issues in a timely manner. I have purchased a set of tires from them as well. I initially was looking at a particular brand, but based on their recommendation I changed my mind and went with their recommendation. I am so glad I did! I am extremely satisfied! Very professional and provide excellent customer service. Thanks so much!

If you have electrical problems or other issues I Highly recommend Parkway Tires. My door module control went out and had fuel sensor go out. They also repaired air conditioner blower and witch.They were professional and fixed my car at a fraction of what dealership wanted. I only paid about $200 more for all they fixed than dealership wanted just to fix door module.They will be the one I take my car to for any further issues. Thank you Tom and your service team. I will be recommending to everyone I know and have already shared Parkway is the place to go. Thank you !!!

Great service, very friendly and professional. They were upfront about costs and time estimates. Told them I had a tight time window and they were extremely accommodating and did not try to sell me any unnecessary services. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. They helped me with 4 wheel alignment plus took the time to point out and explain a few other problems that need attention. Expect a bit of a wait, they are always backed up with customers that get just as much or there attention as i received.
