DO NOT waste your money on Boost. Horrible customer service that blames everything else for their poor signals and data connection. I'm less than 2 miles from the tower and regularly get no data connection. You do not get 4G or LTE during the day. The only time you get what you pay for is late at night or early morning.
Sprint and Boost are too busy making their executives rich to spend money on the necessary infrastructure to provide the service their fancy marketing promises.
Again, do not waste your money and time being a Boost customer!!!!!!!!response / report this review -

Worst customer service ever. Asked the guy to help me fix my phone and told him what was wrong with it and he said " okay what do u want me to do about it." I'm a valued customer. Been with boost for 5 years. Can't believe that's all he had to say. May switch companies.

I herd on my radio that there was an IPhone special going on for 99$. So when I walked in to the beach store it was empty a lady and a tall man with a wool hat on in a July heat wave said " how can I help you" I replied I'm here for the I phone special ; he replied " we ain't got no iPhone special" I said I just herd it on the raidio! She says we are out of those ; so the man with a wool hat on in a July heat wave "just saying"told me to call the radio then.! I thought that was really unprofessional actually a joke I wasn't rude or asking any ridiculous questions! I have bought 3 phones there and will never go bk! Save your money go to the 15th street store; they are a much better place and they want your business.

well, I walked into a store today after i lost my phone,and was told they have no promo for existing customers,Never Again.hello new phone!And phone service.good riddance bm4 yrs later.take care of LOYAL customers!
