Working at a local assisted living community, so we order flowers often. I would never call anyone but Cheryl & Parkway Florist. I order flowers from her at least once a week - they are always beautiful, delivered as quickly as possible, and she is so easy to work with. I can't thank them enough for all they do for us & the beautiful arrangements they deliver!

I received a stunning bouquet for my birthday from my sister who lives in Maryland. When we needed an orchid for our Executive Director's birthday, I decided to try Parkway Florist. I was NOT disappointed! The two stem potted phalaenopsis orchid that was delivered was absolutely gorgeous! Thank you for making our special days even more glorious! In the future, I will definitely order from Parkway Florist.

I realized too late that I had forgotten my mother's birthday. I looked for a florist near her that was open the evening before her birthday in the hopes of sending flowers the next day. I spoke with Cheryl, explaining the situation. She said a next day delivery was no problem but asked if she could call me back since she was wrapping up a wedding order. I agreed but was prepared to call back near closing time. She did return my call promptly, offered some ideas on a floral arrangement and took all of my information. I received an email confirmation that next morning for the order and another confirmation email later in the day for the delivery. I was very happy with the process, Cheryl was so nice. What made it better was my mother loved the flowers. She said they lasted longer than others I have purchased in the past from a big chain florist. I will be a repeat customer.

I ordered flowers for a client of ours about 2 weeks ago. They were delivered promptly (sooner than what was promised, which was a nice surprise), and our client loved them (she sent us a photo and they were beautiful). Very courteous service, highly recommend.

I visit this place every Friday, I get a marvelous bouquet for less than the competitors and it's a true "Mom and Pop". Scott one of the owners hand selects me something new & fresh every week. This place iconic not only to Squirrel Hill but Pittsburgh itself. I would highly recommend.

Cheryl is the best. I have been there many times over many years. She is a very sweet lady. I like to stop to get my wife random flowers. She is one of the best in Pgh.

Cheryl was extremely unprofessional. Never in my life have I been yelled at by any employee, let alone an owner. I conveyed to her that I was unhappy with the flowers that were delivered to my house, and immediately she started to barrage me with insults and said that she thought my intentions were "questionable" and "fraudulent". I am considering contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint.

I can't say enough good things about Cheryl and her team! I was an out-of-town bride with limited time when I was home for wedding appointments. Cheryl was always so flexible to make sure she was available to meet me. She listened to everything on my wish list, and the final product was even better than anything I could've asked for. From the wedding party flowers, to the church arrangements and reception centerpieces, everything was picture perfect. Not only that, but Cheryl was great to work with. She makes every bride a priority, and is the kindest woman you'll ever meet. If you're a bride-to-be, I wouldn't look any further than Parkway Florist!

Today 5/13/14, I phoned the Parway Florist and spoke with the owner concerning flowers that I purchased for my mother for Mother's Day. When I brought my concerns to her attention she immediately became rude and belligerent in addition to raising her voice and hollering at me. There was no CUSTOMER SERVICE what so ever, just hostility. I as well as my family have patronized this establishment for the past eight to ten years. I was truly disappointed, shocked and appalled at the manner in which I was treated. I will NEVER bring my business to this establishment in the future and caution anyone that intends to do business with them to beware. Caveat Emptor !
