Do not use this business if you have a specific request. My aunt wanted purple roses at her funeral service and I ordered the deluxe bouquet at almost $200. I marked the box for no substitutions and received a call from the shop stating they could not find all the purple roses. We discussed some purple roses and white roses. This was fine to make a lavender and white arrangement. What was sent was totally different. I called and spoke to the owner who rudely said I was told it would be lavender and white and she hung up on me. I am from another state and do not have much influence on those shopping in this area but the owner is unprofessional and rude. There are plenty of other businesses to help with final arrangements. The picture below is what was delivered. Very disappointed.

This floral shop is top notch in design as well as customer service. I was kept up to date on delivery and the communication between myself and the florist was amazing as I live in Florida. I would highly recommend this shop. I liked the variety of items the shop had to send my aunt in her time of need.

They had to change a little bit on the order, but they let me know ahead of time and even showed me pictures of it via text. I really appreciated them taking the time to do so. They were delivered on time as promised and my fiance is very well pleased with the arrangement.

The floral arrangements sent to my friends were simply beautiful, each one with a special touch. Each friend raved about the beauty. One actually left a message for the staff at Heritage who are so kind, patient and truly customer oriented!!!

Horrible customer service. The wrong color flowers were delivered to my grandmother's funeral. They used a color that she hated. We had to basically fight with manager to get a SMALL amount taken off the bill. Everyone was downright rude. Would NOT recommend.

Such a nice place! I bought here flowers for an ill co-workers to be delivered to her hospital room. I gave a general idea of what my co-worker liked, and the wonderful employee made an arrangement and delivered it quickly. My co-worker soon let me know how much she (and the hospital staff) loved the flowers.

Wonderful flower shop!! I have been using this flower shop for years and I cannot believe some of the reviews on here! Every single time I have visited the shop or ordered from them I have received beautiful stunning arrangements! The customer service is outstanding. They always have beautiful fresh flowers and unique arrangements to choose from. They take so much care in each arrangement and it always shows. If you have received ten great arrangements and then one you didn't like so much, why wouldn't you rate and comment based on the good arrangements? Internet comments can be so negative. These girls work hard and take wonderful care of their customers and are true artists. And no, I am not family. Thank you Heritage Floral for making me feel like it though!

I had ordered a wind chime arrangement for a funeral. I was very pleased with the finished product. The family had informed me that they thought it was a beautiful arrangement. The shop not only met but exceeded our expectations. The Chimes were reasonably priced and the floral arrangement added to the chimes and stand made it stand out with a great WOW factor. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for flowers for any reason. Thank you again Heritage Flower Shoppe for great work. Keep it up!!
