I called customer service to ask a question I was told "I can't answer any medical question" didn't even let me finish my question and was told to "get ahold of my primary physician" I continue to say it's not for me it's for my one year old son who currently has a 100.3 fever" get ahold of there pediatrician or get ahold of the pediatrician on call or take him to the ER " I say okay???!!! Thee opperater hangs up and was rude I've never had to deal with someone so rude and unwilling to help me figure out what I should do for my son thank you Huntington hospital for a great experience

Horrible nursing staff in labor and delivery! My son was two days old and when we left the nurse said she had to carry the carseat and instead of putting the blanket I gave her over the carseat she walked outside with him uncovered in -15 windchill!!! I was furious had to stop her and yell. Who does that?

Encountered some of the rudest staff ever here. It honestly seems as though they don't truly care about you as a patient. Heaven forbid you ever encounter their security team, especially "Judy". Awful people, awful experience. Complete liars, too.

Parkview might have more patients if they worked to get their physicians connected with some insurance company provider lists, specifically Ambetter. There are absolutely NO physicians in Huntington on their list -- causing me to go out of town for my primary care physician (seriously!) who is in another hospital network.
